Ashley Crump joined FlowGen in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience spanning the automotive and corporate finance sectors. With both an entrepreneurial background and international board-level experience, Ashley has worked extensively with first-tier suppliers and OEMs across the global automotive industry.

In 2011, he founded MTEC Engineering Projects Limited, a UK-based provider of engineering services supporting top-tier suppliers and OEM clients. Building on this success, Ashley became CEO of Number 6 Management Ltd in 2020, where he has managed and delivered corporate finance transactions with enterprise values ranging from £20 million to £100 million. His work has combined technical and financial expertise, positioning him as a trusted partner in both the engineering and corporate strategy arenas.

Alongside his business leadership roles, Ashley has contributed to national economic insight as a member of the Bank of England Decision Maker Panel since December 2020. At FlowGen, Ashley applies his combined expertise in engineering, finance, and leadership to help drive the Company’s growth and establish its position at the forefront of decentralised energy solutions.
